What PredictsPal is

PredictsPal is an information service. We collect prices from prediction markets and sportsbooks, run our own analysis over them, and show you the results. That is all we do. We do not take bets, hold funds, place wagers on your behalf, or act as a broker.

Not betting advice

Nothing on PredictsPal is a recommendation to place a bet, and nothing here is financial advice. Our picks and records describe what our models found and how those findings turned out. Past performance does not predict future results. Every bet you place is your own decision and your own risk, and you may lose money.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age to gamble where you live, and it is your responsibility to know whether using a prediction market or sportsbook is lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not check this for you.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person: subscriptions and alert delivery are tied to your registered email address, and sharing an account may result in it being suspended. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Subscription and payment

Paid access is billed monthly at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. During beta, features may change, break, or be withdrawn at short notice.

Accuracy, and what we can't promise

We depend on data from third parties. Prices move between the moment we read them and the moment you see them, feeds go down, and events get postponed or void. We work to keep the service accurate and honest but cannot guarantee it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service — including betting losses.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape or resell our output, don't try to break or overload the service, and don't use it to break the law. We can suspend accounts that do.

Gambling responsibly

Betting should be entertainment you can afford. If it stops feeling that way, stop and get help — in the US, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is 1-800-522-4700, free and confidential, 24/7.
